Khemet.AI operates Khemet Voice AI at voice.khemet.ai. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information. By using the Platform, you consent to the practices described here.
Account Information: email address collected at registration via Supabase Auth. Usage Data: voice generations, session history, credits consumed, and features used. Voice Data: scripts you submit for generation and audio outputs stored for your history. Payment Information: processed and stored by Paddle — we do not receive or store card details. Companion Sessions: conversation transcripts stored to provide session history and task extraction.
We use your information to: provide and maintain the Platform, process payments and manage subscriptions, track and display your credit balance, save your generation and session history, improve Platform performance, send transactional account emails, and detect and prevent abuse. We do not use your data to train AI models.
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only as necessary: AI Processing: your scripts are sent to Google Gemini TTS and other providers to generate audio. Infrastructure: Supabase for database hosting, Vercel for deployment, Cloudflare for WebSocket proxy. Payment: Paddle processes subscription payments.
Scripts you submit are transmitted to Google Gemini TTS to generate audio responses. Google processes this data according to their own privacy terms. We recommend reviewing Google AI privacy policies at ai.google.dev.
Account and generation history data is retained for the duration of your account. If you delete your account, personal data is deleted within 30 days except where retention is required by law.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, contact Moamen@khemet.ai. We will respond within 30 days.
We implement industry-standard security including HTTPS encryption, secure Supabase database hosting with row-level security, and authentication via established providers.
We use session cookies solely to maintain your authenticated session. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
We may update this Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notice.
