By accessing or using Khemet Voice AI ("the Platform"), operated by Khemet.AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. These Terms apply to all users including free and paid subscribers.
Khemet Voice AI is a SaaS platform providing AI-powered voice generation (VO Studio), a live Voice Companion, and B2B AI call agent solutions. The Platform uses Gemini TTS and other third-party AI providers to generate audio. We do not own or operate the underlying AI models.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Platform. If you are under 18, you must have parental or legal guardian consent. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these requirements.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Access to voice generation features is governed by a monthly credit system. Credits are allocated per subscription tier and reset monthly. Credits are consumed upon generation request submission. Unused credits do not carry over between billing periods unless otherwise stated.
You agree not to use the Platform to: generate illegal, harmful, or deceptive audio content, impersonate real individuals without consent, violate intellectual property rights, attempt to reverse engineer the Platform, use automated scripts to abuse the service, or violate any applicable laws or regulations. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate this policy.
The Platform uses AI models that may produce unexpected outputs. You are solely responsible for reviewing AI-generated audio before use. Khemet.AI does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any AI-generated content.
You retain ownership of all scripts you submit and all audio outputs you generate using the Platform, subject to applicable law. Khemet.AI retains all rights to the Platform itself, including its design, architecture, voice hero configurations, and brand identity.
Your use of the Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated herein by reference. We do not sell your personal data. Your data is stored securely via Supabase on industry-standard compliant infrastructure.
Paid subscriptions are processed through Paddle, our authorized payment processor. Subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly basis. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. All payments are subject to our Refund Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Khemet.AI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Platform is provided as-is without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation. AI model availability is subject to third-party provider uptime.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms or any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. For EU users, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country also apply.
